    Going Cross-chain on BSC

    Giving IQV4U Cross-chain Functionalities
    • Out of 4B ERC-20 coins 400M coins will be burned. (3.6B
    ERC-20 tokens remains)

    • 400M BEP-20 Coins will be created on BSC

    • Total number of IQV4U Coins will be 4 Billion, with 10% of coin


    on BSC and 90% on ETH chain

    • After burn and creation of tokens we will apply for inicial


    farming offering at two most populate DEX/AMMs on BSC

    • We will aim to raise 3M from IFO. (50% will be retained by AMM,


    further 20% from our 50% will be used to provide liquidity. At
    this point other IFO associated costs are unknown to us

    • IFO would give us presence of the most trendy blockchain


    currently and the best exposure to crypto investors’ community
    What Is IFO?

    Initial Farm Offerings (IFO) are a new type of token sale event popularized by Decentralized
    Exchange (DEX) platforms, IFO's are utilized as a fundraising event for upcoming De-Fi
    protocols.

    fundraising event for upcoming

    What Is IFO?

    • IFO’s are both different and similar to Initial Exchange Offerings (IEO) and Initial Coin
    Offerings (ICO). All three methods serve as a way to raise funds for cryptocurrency
    projects. These are typically carried out on an exchange, but sometimes project
    websites or other “pre-sale” methods are used.

    • With the help of IFO’s, users can participate in “pre-sales” hosted through DEX’s to get
    tokens before listing on respective exchanges. Typically the DEX teams will thoroughly
    vet projects before hosting official IFO’s.

    • The IFO process benefits both new projects, Pancakeswap, and its users; the IFO
    allocates farming rewards for PCS users while also providing new projects an
    incentivized liquidity pool on PCS. This system allows sustainable yields to be
    generated for PCS users, and it creates initial liquidity for the respective token.
    On top of this, ½ of raised are burned in CAKE if the sale is completed.
    Previous IFOs
    Going forward in case of no IFO

    • We would have to provide liquidity for IQV4U BEP-20 on


    pancake-swap

    • With 200,000 USD we could provide liquidity for 4M IQV Coins


    with 0.05 USD price per coin

    • Liquidity would have to be provided in BNB (binance coin)

    • We would end up having 1% of total BSC supply at in circulation


    and respectively while only 0.1% of total coins would be in
    circulation. (not counting liquidity of Uniswap, Moonieswap,
    Chaintoro and any ERC-20 coin currently in circulation)

    • Market cap of IQV would be 200,000 USD (!!!) (not including


    ERC-20)
    Positive consequences:

    • We will be listed on every possible coin price tracking website


    almost instantly, including Coin Geko, CoinMarketCap, etc.

    • Transaction costs on BSB are at least 100x lower compare to


    Etherium chain

    • IQV4U can be easily offered and sold OTC to any private


    investors

    • Once opportunity arises, we could list on 3rd and potentially


    even on 4th Blockchains. (#1 priority crypto.org chain; 4th
    Blockchain could be Harmony)
    Negative consequences:

    • IQV4U would remain to be extremely centralized token

    • We could try argue, that as the community grows, we will


    continue to list IQV on various DEX’s /centralized exchanges
    and provide liquidity, however we have to deal with issues
    related to low liquidity, low circulating supply to less tocken
    holders (on Blockchain / not in custody wallet)
