    Studio Rental Agreement


    This Rental Agreement dated as of is made and acknowledged by:

    (1) RIC BANKS DANCE ACADEMY, whose main office is located at HC Floor,
    TheIridium, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”); and
    (2) ADEMM EVENTS, (“Partner”).

    1. PROPERTY

    The Partner agrees to rent the Studio owned by the Company;

    1.1 The Studio is located at:

    HC Floor, The Iridium, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates


    No. of Rooms: 1 (Big Hall)

    2. TERM

    The studio will be rented on the 6th of May (6-9 PM) for the ZUMBA
    Masterclass Event.

    Note: an allotment of 30 minutes will be given before and after the event.
    Exceeding this allotment will be charged.

    3. RENT
    3.1 The Partner agrees to rent the studio premises 6th of May (6-9PM) for 750 AED

    3.2 The Partner agrees to deposit a reservation amount from the total rental
    payment to secure booking, and the rest of the pending payment to be settled
    on the day of the event.

    4. CONDITIONS
    4.1 Smoking
    Smoking is only allowed in the Balcony. No smoking anywhere inside the studio.
    4.2 Alcohol
    Selling of Alcoholic Beverages is strictly prohibited.
    4.3 Security and Damages
    The Partner assumes responsibility for the security of the studio during the rental
    period.
    Any loss valuable items/ belongings are not within the Company’s responsibility.
    For any damage caused to any part of the studio, sound system, furniture, etc. during
    the rental period, The Partner agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement of any
    damaged item or furniture.
    4.4 Liability:
    The Partner assumes liability for injury of any persons they invited to the studio
    during the rental period.

    By signing this Rental Agreement, both the Company and the Partner acknowledges having read
    and understood the terms stated herein and acknowledges that this Rental Agreement is binding
    both the organizations they represent.
