PISQAA SOLAR limited is searching options to raise ₹20,000 crores


from the primary market for diversification and modernisation of

After acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills on starting an
Aloevera Farm. Ashok wanted to be the leading manufacturer of
Aloevera products worldwide. He observed that the products were
expensive as the demand of the products was more than supply. He was
also keen to promote methods and practices that were economically
visible, environmentally sound and at the same time protecting public
health.

Ashok's main consideration was about the amount of money paid by the
consumers in consideration of the purchase of Aloevera products. He
also thought that competitors prices and their anticipated reactions to
be considered for this.

After gathering and analysing information and doing correct market


planning, he came to know that the consumers compare the value of a
product to the value of money which they are required to pay. The
consumers will be ready to buy a product when they perceived that the
value of the product is at least equal to the value of money which they
would pay.

Since he was entering into a new market, he felt that he may not be able
to cover all costs. He knew that in the long run the business will not be
able to survive unless all costs are covered in addition to a minimum
profit.

He examined the quality and features of the products of the competitors


and the anticipated reactions of the consumers. Considering the same

opportunities and good remuneration practices. It has many
shareholders who prefer to receive a regular income from their
investments. It has taken a loan of Rs 40 Lakhs from IDBI and is bound by
certain restrictions on the payment of dividend according to the terms of
loan agreement. The above discussions about the company lead to
various factors which decide how much of the profits should be retained
and how much has to be distributed by the company.

accident. Sarang Gupta knew that in the absence of MsKiran, the
company may not be able to meet the deadlines and it will lead to

While working on the project, he found that the volume of work made it
impractical for him to handle all the work by himself. He decided to expand the
team. The company maintained a close liaison with a local engineering college.
During a campus placement, Ishan and Vrinda were appointed to work for the new
project.
He found the new employees capable, enthusiastic and trustworthy. Aman Chadha
was thus, able to focus on objectives and with the help of Ishan and Vrinda, the
project was completed on time. Not only this Aman Chadha was also able to

environment which consists of investors’, competitors and other forces like social,
political etc. that may affect their business directly or indirectly. He further told
them about the technological improvements and shifts in consumer preferences
that were taking place and hence they should be aware of the environmental
trends and changes which may hinder their business performance. He emphasised
on making plans keeping in mind the threat posed by the competitors, so that they
can deal with the situation effectively. This alignment of business operations with
the business environment will result in better performance.
