This Policy certifies the fact of the conclusion of the Travel Insurance contract between the Insurer - Tinkoff Insurance JSC and the Policyholder -Artem
Pichugin (hereinafter - the Parties). The relations between Parties not regulated by this Policy shall be regulated by «Travel Insurance Rules» in the
edition at the date of the conclusion of the Insurance Contract (hereinafter - the Insurance Rules).

This Policy enters into force after start date of Policy period, but not earlier than the date of premium payment.
When traveling outside the Country of permanent residence, insurance is valid if the Insurance Contract was concluded independent of crossing the
border of the Insurance Territory. When Russian citizens travel across Russia, insurance is valid if the Insurance Contract was concluded independent
of the time when the Insured left 300 kilometers from the place of permanent residence.

Special conditions:
1. Policy Sum insured is limit per each Insured.
2. Travel medicine risk doesn`t cover activities of the Insured, provided by the options «Active recreation», «Dangerous activities», «Professional
sports», «Winter recreation», «Winter recreation plus», «Flying», «Diving», «Alpinism», «Dangerous job».
3. Travel medicine risk doesn`t cover incidents that incurred after returning from a trip.
4. The country in which the Insured has lived for more than 90 days in the last 12 months, or if the Insured has a citizenship or residence permit in
this country, is not the territory of the Insurance, excluding Russia for Russian citizens.
Coronavirus endemic countries and territories not recommended for visit are not excluded from the insurance territory (clauses 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 of the
Insurance Rules do not apply).
Travel medicine risk covers the costs of emergency medical care and medical transportation due to the Insured's diagnosed COVID-19 infection.
The Policyholder confirms that all information provided him (her) to join Insured to the Insurance programm is full, truthful, and can be used by the
Insurer.
Policy and Insurance Rules e-mail sending is proper delivery. The Insurer and the Policyholder can print out the Policy and Insurance rules.
Payment by the Policyholder of the insurance premium or the first insurance premium confirms that the Policyholder received the Policy and Insurance
Rules and agreed to the terms of insurance.
Facsimile reproduction of the Insurer's authorized representative signature and the seal of the Insurer is recognized by the Insurer and the
Policyholder as an analogue of the autograph signature of the Insurer's authorized representative and the original of the seal of the Insurer. Such a
document has the force, similar to the document, personally signed by an authorized person of the Insurer and sealed by the Insurer.
The Policyholder agrees with providing to the Insurer and third parties the personal data specified in the Policy. The provided personal data can be
processed by any kind.
The Policyholder agrees to receive advertisements from Insurer, its counterparties and affiliates. The Insured agrees that the Insurer and Tinkoff Bank
JSC request and provide information about him to the insurance bureau and the credit bureau in accordance with the law.
In the event of any discrepancies, the Russian version of the Policy shall prevail over the English version.
