    - I am directed to inform your goodseif that SSC/HSSC (Annual)
    Examinations 2022 will commence from 1311, May and 101h June 2022 respectively.
    Last year, during conduct of Annual Examination, various problems were highlighted
    regarding appointment of supervisory staff, availability of live CCTV cameras etc.
    In order to overcome examination related issues, a consultative meeting,
    well before the forthcoming SSC & HSSC Annual Examination 2022, is scheduled to
    be held on 19-03-2022 in the GHSS No.1 Rajjar at 11:00am to discuss the agenda
    items mentioned below for implementation.

    Provision of data of honest, suitable and sufficient supervisory staff for exam
    duties.
    Availability of Examination Centers.
    Availability of Live CCTV Cameras in examination centers.
    Any other issues/suggestions related to conduct fair, transparent and
    cheating free Examination.

    It is therefore, requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the


    meeting, on the metioned date, time and venue. -
