Job Location:

The location of work shall be at Duqm refinery, Export terminal at Duqm & Crude import
terminal at Ras markaz depending on requirements.

Employment Duration:
 Duration of the Employment shall be 3 Years and shall be amendable as per
Company Requirement and Performance of the Candidate.
 The Exact Employment Duration will be mentioned in the Offer Letter.

Working Hours:
Regular Work:

 The Basic Working Hours is Monthly 208 Hours(8hours a day, 6days a week)
excluding Lunch Break 1 Hour Per Day.
 Company has the right to adjust the Basic Working Hours within 208 Hours / Month
flexibly
 Working on extra hours during weekdays, Weekends, Public Holidays & Ramadan
Period shall be considered as normal working hours. Exceeding 208 Hours / Month,
Overtime will be Paid based on the Basic Salary excluding allowance (Hourly Rate =
Basic Salary / 208 Hours).

Shift Work:

 12 hours per shift (6 days’ work, 6 days off / the shifts are changeable i.e. 3 days’
work, 3 days off)
 Over Time will be applicable only after completing the total working hours in a
month based on the shift cycles.
 Working on extra hours during weekdays, Weekends, Public Holidays & Ramadan
Period shall be considered as normal working hours. Overtime will be Paid based on
the Basic Salary excluding allowance (Hourly Rate = Basic Salary / 195 Hours).

Annual leave:
 30days in a calendar year – the commencement of annual leave is subject to client’s
prior approval

Salary Package:
The monthly salary is inclusive of the below

 Food Accommodation and Transportation


 Medical insurance (Medical)
 Medical Treatment if any
 Annual Leave Air Ticket

 Family visa (only documental support from company, all cost incurred shall be borne
by candidate)
 Pandemic / COVID related cost if any
 Expenses related to mobilization in home country (Medical, Attestation, Visa related
etc.,)
 Recruitment Fee for agency

Company shall provide the following:


 Medical Checkup, Visa / Residency Processing, Civil ID will be Processed by
YuhanTech
 End of Service Benefit based on Basic Salary excluding allowance
 Annual Leave Salary based on Basic Salary excluding allowance
 P.P.E's
 If Food, Accommodation & Transport is provided by the company, The Actual Cost
related to it shall be deducted from the allowance.
 Mobilization & Demobilization Flight Ticket

Other General Information/terms:


 The Working Hours (208 Hours) shall be in General / Rotating Shift & Timing of work
shall be as per company requirement without any objection.
 Candidate must provide detailed CV's and Certificates
 Candidate must be ready to be mobilized in short notice
 If Candidate prefer to stay in accommodation which is not provided by the company,
Prior approval must be obtained from company.
