Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following

DB's fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet steel in
cubicle compartmentalized, dust and vermin proof, double
door construction, powder coated with approved shade and
partitions to segregate phases. Approved lockable covers with
padlocking arrangement, recessed in wall or surface mounted
final distribution boards of the following description:
7.1 Type C (Power DB)
4+6+16 (24) way TPN DB, 48 No.10/ 16/ 20 Amps SP MCB’s

as outgoing with 3 No. 40 Amps DP ELCB’s of 30 mA
leakage current and 1 No. 63 Amps 4 pole MCB as incomer
with separate neutral link for each phase. Nos. 31 each
7.2 Type D (Power DB)
4+6+12(36) way TPN DB (PPI), 36 No.10/ 16/ 20 Amps SP

MCB’s as outgoing with 3 No. 40 Amps DP ELCB’s of 30 mA
7.3 Type E (Power DB)
4+6+8(24) way TPN DB, 24 No.10/ 16/ 20 Amps SP MCB’s as

outgoing with 3 No. 40 Amps DP ELCB’s of 30 mA leakage
current and 1 No. 63 Amps 4 pole MCB as incomer with
separate neutral link for each phase. Nos. 4 each
7.4 Type F (Emergency Computer DB)
4+6+16(24) way TPN DB, 48 No.10/ 16/ 20 Amps SP MCB’s

as outgoing with 3 No. 40 Amps DP ELCB’s of 30 mA
7.5 Type G (Emergency Computer DB)
4+6+12(36) way TPN DB (PPI), 36 No.10/ 16/ 20 Amps SP

24 way TPN DB with 30 Nos. 25 amps DP RCBO of 30 mA

leakage current as outgoing with 200 Amps 4 Pole MCCB as
Incomer and separate earth link. Nos R.O. each
7.10 HUB ROOM DB (HDB)
4 way TPN DB with 12 Nos. 16 amps DP RCBO of 30 mA

leakage current as outgoing with 63 Amps 4 Pole MCB as
Incomer and separate earth link. Nos 18 each
7.11 Type K
2+4 way SPN DB, 4 No.10/ 16/ 20 Amps 'D' curve SP MCB’s
as outgoing with 1 No. 25 Amps DP ELCB + MCB as incomer
with separate neutral link for each phase. Nos. R.O. each
8.10 Type D (Server and A/V DB)
4+6+12(36) way TPN DB (PPI), 36 No.10/ 16/ 20 Amps SP MCB’s

as outgoing with 3 No. 40 Amps DP ELCB’s of 30 mA leakage
current and 1 No. 63 Amps 4 pole MCB as incomer with separate
neutral link for each phase.

12(36) way VTPN DB (PPI), 36 No.16/ 25/ 32 Amps SP MCB’s as
outgoing and 1 No. 80 Amps 4 pole MCCB as incomer with
separate neutral link for each phase. Nos. 1
12 Distribution boards
(a) Supplying and fixing 2+6 way, horizontal type three pole and neutral,
sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess,
complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din
bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. and
mending good all the damages as required.
DB comprises
Incoming - 63 A FP MCCB isolator
Outgoing - 7 Nos 40A DP MCB (5 Nos. for each Room, 2 Nos.

Spare) SET 2 set
Notes:-
All MCB's shall be of 10 KA breaking capacity.
