PRESENT PERFECT

indefinido no passado.

EX: I have parked the car in a nearby garage.

(participio).

Ex: Carlos has bought me a gift.

Importante:

O Has só é utilizado caso o sujeito seja He, She ou It.

Dentro do present perfect pode acontecer a contração do “have” ou “has” para a partucula

“ ’ve” no caso do “have” ou “ ‘s ” para o “has”.

Formation:

have + verbo no participio

EX: I have lived in New York; She has driven her car for hours.

Affirmative:

They have lived here. (sujeito + have + verbo no participio)

She has done all her exercises. ( sujeito+ has + verbo no participio)

Short Form: She’s done... / They’ve lived...

Negative:

They have not lived here. (sujeito + have + not + verbo no particípio)

She has not done all her exercises. ( subject + has + not + verbo no particípio)

Short Form: have not = haven’t has not = hasn’t
