3. Washing and Selection Belt:
It is a carrying equipment consisting of washing reservoir and rotary reels. It is made of Inox 304 material. Carrier rolls (food grade) are
made of PVC material. The motor has been fitted with reducer and it is driven by chain sprockets. Showering is fitted with a special
nozzle. Water raising (stirring) process is carried out by means of a electric-motor driven air blower fitted on the washing reservoir.

4. Turbo Breaker:
It is completely manufactured of AISI 304 quality stainless steel material except for the coupling
and hammer washers. Electrical motor drive is coupled to the body by coupling directly and the
fast and ideal breaking (parting) process is performed. The machine operates with special design
breaking hammers which work on two bearings. These rotating hammers part the product until
the electrical caliber which exists under (in) the machine and so that enables easiness for the next processes. Washing system is
designed as it is coupled on the machine. In order to reach the breaking system, there exists an easy-to-open cover.

5. Monopump Group:
It conveys the product gotten from the collecting tank to running machine. Monopumps consist of a rubber stator and a helical rotor
which rotates in it.This inner rotor is manufactured of AISI 304 material. Because of the contact between rotor and stator enables a
regular and stable speed to fluid to be transferred, it does not harm the characteristic of fluid. The sealing at the monopumps is
provided by a mechanic gasket.
The pump flow has proportion with the number of revolution. It is moving with the motor reducer.

6. Pre-Heater:
The machine is completely manufactured of AISI 304 quality stainless steel material.
Tube type heater product is enabled to heat at a certain degree before the Extractor
unit. 16 pipes of 6000 mm exist in the tube and its circulation is enabled. An
expansion bellows exists on the main body.
The covers are resistant to the heat and has rubber gasket of 10 mm. It is designed as
the covers are easily removed if required.

7. Turbo Extraktor:
It separates stone, peel and fibers of fruits and it is used to obtain fruit pulp the most ideally.
It consists of two steps which are designed as one on the top of the other. All sections with the product contact are manufactured of
AISI 304 quality stainless steel. The bearing is steel and
the conveyor body is steel construction. SKF/FAG bearings are used in all of our models. The conveyor platform is manufactured of iron
material.
The tracks which have a characteristic of fresh product front height is specially designed and so it presses the product at a screw
characteristic and it sifts through inner sifters and then it separates pulp and waste material.
The sifters are located at reinforced circle and they are easy-to-remove type.
The sifter diameters as follows: top step: 1.50 mm (thickness: 1.50mm) and bottom step: 0.50mm (thickness: 0.50mm) and the sifter
diameters can be changed on request.
The required cleaning can be carried out from outside with water and vapor by washing mechanism. The rotor which exist on the
adjustable horizontal axle enables to set viscosity and to work according to product season time. The bearing section and conveyor
platform which are manufactured of stainless steel are painted with insulating paint.

10.Concentration Unit:
It is coupled with evaporator, serpentine and preparative four layered type flanges. The serpentine and preparative have a piped
system. The slots, rotary pipes, whole product lines, valves, the parts which contact with product are manufactured from AISI 304
stainless steel. The serpentine part is double line special pipe bandaged and all of those surfaces are specially polysaged. The top
preparatory effect is heated with vertical pipe and dead vapor. The platform is two-graded and mounted with each other. Each platform
is enclosed with railings and connected with each other through the stairs. The watching and cleaning manholes exist. The intermediate
condenser is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and damper system separator.
The main condenser is manufactured from ST37 iron material, insulating painted and fractional water level controls are provided
pressured level transmitters.
2 Vacuum pumps monoblock body (Azim) and 1 centrifuge pump (Standard) are coupled to be in a complete unit.
