    GOOGLE DRIVE/ GMAIL TERMS OF SERVICE

    1. What restrictions does the service impose on its users?

    The user isn’t allowed to use a small business’s description of their business, or take what
    Google News says and write it off as your own. The only case you can do is if you have
    permission from the business or organization you are copying. You also can’t change the
    information on these things. The users are also not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell,
    or lease any part of our services or software. You are also not allowed to reverse engineer
    or attempt to extract any of our source code unless you have our written permission or
    applicable law lets you do so.

    2. What permissions does the user grant to the service?

    You have to give Google permission to restrict their use of the user’s content in your
    intellectual property rights. Through Google’s license, you are giving them permission to
    your content meaning anything you write or send.

    3. How is the user’s data defined? What does it specifically include? What does it
    not include?

    The user’s data is defined by the documents, slides, spreadsheets, gmails, and whatever
    else the user may have opened that is owned by Google. To access someone else’s google
    products you have to have permission from the original owner of the document.

    4. What are the costs of using the service?

    Just having a google account is free and anyone of any age can have one. If you are under a
    certain age you have to have permission from your parents but you could have a Google
    account whenever.

    5. Can the service use the user’s data for its purposes (e.g., promotion and
    advertising, making money, etc.)?

    Depending on the user’s settings on their account is the determining factor to whether or
    not their information can be shared or used for advertising purposes. Different states
    have different privacy policies as well. Some states are harsher while others aren’t.

    6. What happens to a user’s data if they stop using the service?

    Deleting a Google Account will affect all products that are associated with that account
    and affect each product differently. You can find out how it’ll affect your account by
    reviewing the data associated with your account on Google Dashboard. If you use Gmail
