     Currently handling Product development for US based brand Gap Inc. (Women’s Denim business)
    comprising Product development, sourcing and merchandising functionalities End to End.
     Sourcing / Counter Sourcing, Cost negotiation, Product design and Development, Allocation discussion are
    some of the key areas that I am currently looking after.
     Previously managed Talbots (Li & Fung), where was involved in the Product design process from the season
    kick off till the styles are moved into production till the shipment.
     Managed the Production / Supply Chain for Benetton Group (International Sourcing) from India.

     Emphasizing on customer priorities based on the contracted delivery, DVC dates, Shop floor planning
    and update the factories accordingly to get timely shipments were one of my key functionalities in UCB.
     Monitoring the Raw Material Flow, Process Flow etc. for smooth and timely execution of the order and
    adhering the T&A was also my key responsibility.
