    Analysis: Table 1 shows the Achievement Test among Grade 9 Students of


    Antique National School at Tobias Fornier Street, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique. In
    the entire group, the students had a Superior Performance as indicated by the mean of
    32.18. However, when group according to sex, the Grade 9 Female Students of Antique
    National School, shows a Very Good Performance as indicated by the mean of 30.83. On
    the other hand, the Grade 9 Male Students shows a Superior Performance as indicated by
    the mean of 33.33.
    Thus, The Grade 9 Male Students of Antique National School performed well
    than the Female Students in the English 9 Achievement Test.

    Analysis: Less computation goes to the Female scores than the


    Male scores. In other words, the scores for Female students are
    more homogenous than the scores of Male students. Another
    way to understand this is that Male scores are more
