    for Engineering and Technology, July 2014 with grade GOOD.

    • Graduation Project: CNC Router 4 Axis, grade is EXCELLENT. I worked in control section that was
    to determine the controller components that we need in our project and connecting the circuit
    components, make interface between the machine and the pc by using the Mach3 software and
    CAD/CAM software to generate G codes to input it to mach3 that convert the G codes to motion.

    • Third year project was test rig for measure Hydro-Dynamic pressure in journal bearing and the
    grade was EXCELLENT.

    o Prepare 3D Steel Structure models by Tekla structure.


    o Prepare final fabrication and erection drawings. (Single, Assembly and general arrangement
    drawings).
    o Make proposals to the project consulting for modifying in the design (if possible) to simplify the
    Manufacturing Installation O/P.
    o Create nc files and all reports (Assembly part list, material list, Bolt list).

    Responsibilities
    o Prepare 3D Steel Structure models by Tekla structure.
    o Prepare final fabrication and erection drawings. (Single, Assembly and general arrangement
    drawings).
    o Create complete Bill of Materials [BOM] of structure. (Material list, Assembly List and Bolt List) then
    upload them at the database of factory system.
    o Visit the site to check the as built drawings.

    o Support the Workshop and the Site with full details that they required, such as (Checking
    dimensions, Quantity Of parts, weight of parts, bolts grade and its location in addition to all missing
    details at the drawings).
    o Create Cost estimation for the projects and Determination the materials that will be required to the
    project.

    o Handle projects from scratch to completion, begins with receiving the tender Documentations and
    Design Drawings then draw the project and create the workshop drawings and reports and make
    the nest for the project And Organize all details and drawings between all departments (Erection
    Department and Quality Control Department and Manufacturing Department)

    o Make proposals to the project consulting for modifying in the design (if possible) to simplify the
    Manufacturing Installation O/P.
    o Reverse engineering for the mechanical parts and sheet metal parts.
    o Make nest for the projects by using AUTOCAD and Nest Software.
    o Metal Building System [MBS] drawings checking according to detailing.
    o Use Mechanical Engineering Software ( SolidWorks ) To draw the sheet metal parts and plat work
    projects and Create the workshop drawings
