JOB PURPOSE

To ensure the TDSL’s manufacturing processes runs reliably and efficiently.


Assists with the supervision of the planning, organizing and directing of
production activities and employee placement, training & development to cost
effectively produce a high quality finished product.
Responsible for coordinating all activities within assigned area of the plant,
including manage multiple Production Supervisors. Held accountable for all
financial, safety, quality, and regulatory matters in assigned area of the plant.
The incumbent will ensure all food preparation and packaging is compliant to
the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our
customers’ expectations.
 Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing
unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
 Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
 Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
 Coordinate and Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final
inspection pass and on time deliveries.
 Closely monitor finishing getting best possible output and giving direction in
plant.
 Setup processing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
 Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
 Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
 Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
 Communicate always with production team and solve every production
related issues involved merchandising.
 Achieving maximum production by lowest cost.
 Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation.

 Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal


results.
 Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a
clear sense of direction and focus.
 Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
 Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and
develop plant staff.
 Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
 Commit to plant safety procedures.
 Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and
standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on
assets.
 Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective
bargaining agreements.
 Influence and learn from below.
 Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and
concepts.
 Design, implement and maintain preventive as well as predictive
maintenance programs.
 Oversee full wastewater treatment and refrigeration systems.
 Prepare and administer department budget within established guidelines
for maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
 Manage all state & federal compliance issues (lock out/tag out, confined
space).
 Maintain plant quality performance standards.
 Able to manage and direct an engineering workforce.
 Facilitates and fosters a teamwork oriented philosophy.
 Responsible for all of the engineering department safety related matters.
 Oversees Capital Expenditure items including equipment purchases,
contracted labor and in-house construction and fabrication projects.
 Provide on and off-hour emergency response including equipment repair,
damage control, and assignment of support personnel as needed.
 Facilitates hazardous waste disposal programs.
 Provides necessary training to new and existing employees.
 Keeps up on technological changes such as retrofitting machinery to meet
today’s new laws and efficiency standards.

JOB PURPOSE

Ensure that established preventative and process control procedures and all
corporate issued Quality Assurance Policies are followed throughout the plant.
Provide training to production workers on SPC and process control, product
evaluation, HACCP, Food Safety Plan Preventative Controls, Allergens, GMPs,
security, sanitation and other quality related SOP's and procedures.
Maintaining TDSL’s daily product evaluation programs and records to include
WIP and finished product quality scoring, key quality indicators, shelf life and
microbiological testing, where applicable.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to


corporate policies and goals of TDSL.
 Interprets quality assurance philosophy to key personnel in organization.
 Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for
compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and
company quality records.
 Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to
evaluate the current process and process changes.
 Decides whether to accept a product or continue business with a vendor
based on a review by the quality assurance engineer.
 Reviews all data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure
consistency with company policies and procedures.
 Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality
assurance activities.
 Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments
identified during quality assurance activities and actions being taken to
improve the situation.
 Prepares and presents technical and program information to the
management team.
 Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance
activities.
 Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality
assurance codes and standards.

Responsible for effectively direct, manage and coordinate the complete Quality
Assurance, R&D and Regulatory functions to ensure the optimization of
human, material and equipment resources and to ensure that the company
objectives relating to cost, quality, safety, and customer service are achieved.
To manage maintenance and repair for all areas of the dairy processing plant.
As a member of the team the Manager’s focus will be on Operations Division.
Managing technical processes and engineering to ensure project success,
focused on providing technical services delivery that meets client requirements
in a profitable and timely manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 To handle overall factory works as supervisors, workers, procurement,


stores and stocks, production, dispatches, QA QC, shop floor improvement,
communication with sales management.

 Maintenance of sub-station transformer, DG Sets.


 Responsible for Maintenance of AC chiller plant, Motors & Pumps, AHUs,
Split ACs, Duct able Units, Electrical Equipment’s, Transformers, Switch
Gears, Lifts, Air Compressors, Medical gas plant, Fire Hydrant Systems,
Water Treatment Plants, RO Plant, Softeners, Sewage Treatment Plant,
Solar hot water systems, Carpentry, painting works etc.

 Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.


 Inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
 Planning and oversee all repair and installation activities.
 Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
 Monitor materials inventory and place orders when necessary.

Handle the charge of the general operations of a store, making sure runs
smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget or sales goals. Managers must plan
how to get the products they need to ship and then forecast the best and most
efficient way to transport those goods.
Managing the supply chain of warehousing and storing the products they
manage. Daily plan and promote the schedule of employees & make sure the
store is stocked, clean and in proper working order, create and maintain
budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the
company.
Purpose is inventory control, resolving transportation problems that occur
regularly such as weather delays, geopolitical situations, theft and damage.

The role is responsible for managing sourcing initiatives, supplier management


and cost reductions to identify the best in class suppliers, provide competitive
pricing, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
To leading and managing the overall business procurement strategy for the
Corporate and Manufacturing spend across the organization. Manager must
closely collaborate and align with internal stakeholders including Leadership,
Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure operational excellence and value
capture from strategic sourcing activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Handling Milk collection routes and network Establishing Village Level


Collection Centers (VLCC)/Bulk Milk Chilling Centers (BMCC).
 Management of Milk Transportation from various centers to main dairy
plant & Interaction with Contractors / Private Bulk Milk Vendors for quality
milk procurement.
 Supervision round of MCC area to check readiness of milk collection.
 Ensuring cleanliness of all milk collection equipment’s as per acceptable
standards.
 Determine and manage vendors to supply the most valued source of all
goods and services within the assigned departments. Negotiate, place and
expedite commodity orders, maintain records and process purchase
requisitions to ensure that commodities are available as needed to meet
the needs of the organization.
 Keep abreast of changing trends in prices or availability of responsible
commodities and recommend necessary action to ensure a continued flow
of to meet production and sales requirements. Review operation plans and
provide purchasing strategies on key ingredients.
 Support the plants with their supply chain and manage sufficient inventories
for economical manufacturing and consult with Production planning to
