PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a
Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the
third respondent against the petitioner vide letter dated 09.04.2020 and quash the same
as illegal.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ

of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third

respondent against the petitioner vide letter dated 09.04.2020 and quash the same as

illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition has been filed challenging the

termination order passed by the third respondent and subsequently, by invoking the

appeal provisions, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the second respondent and

the same is pending and therefore, it would be suffice, if a direction is issued to the

second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a time frame.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel

appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed with a direction to the second respondent to

dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by affording an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous

Petition is closed.
