Warfarin Diet

Morning Milk 1 cup (Cow’s Milk)

Breakfast Pohe/Upma/Daliya 1 Vatti (Prepared in Less oil) / Idli Sambar/ Dhokla


(Without adding spices)/ Rava/jowari/bajari Pej 1 vatti
11 am Vegetable juice 1 small glass

Lunch Chapati 2 / bhakari 1 + varan/curry 1 vatti (Including Vegetables) + 1 vatti


salad 1 vatti
4 pm Same as breakfast + milk 1 cup

6 pm Dal Soup 1 small cup

Dinner Same food as Lunch

At night Milk 1 cup + ½ spoon turmeric in it

Renal Diet

Morning Milk 1/2 cup

Breakfast Upma/Daliya 1 Vatti / Rava/jowari/bajari Pej 1 vatti / Lapshi/ Puffed Rice/


Idli 2 (With ghee) / Omlette 2 (Only white portion of egg) + fruits
(Apple/Gauva/Pineapple/Papaya)
Lunch Chapati 2 + Vegetable 1 vatti (Methi, Pumpkin, Ridge Gourd, snake gourd)
+Moong Dal varan ½ vatti + rice ½ vatti
4 pm Same as breakfast 1 vatti + lime water 1 cup

Dinner Same food as Lunch

At night Milk 1 cup


High Fiber Diet

Morning Early morning Lemon water (cumin powder added) 1 glass

Breakfast Pohe/Upma/Daliya 1 Vatti / Idli Sambar (with added vegetables) or Oats


8 am Upma + 1 fruit
11 am Butter Milk 1 glass

Lunch Chapati 1 / bhakari ½ + Usal 1 Vatti + Rice ½ vatti + Leafy Vegetable 1


vatti (Shepu (Suva), Faras Beans, Drumstick, Lady finger) / Salad 1 vatti
(white radish, spring onions, carrot) with curd.
5 pm Oats Upma 1 vatti / Sprouts (Cooked) 1 vatti + milk 1 cup

7 pm Fruit 1

Dinner Vegetable soup + Chapati 1/ Bhakari ½ + varan 1 vatti + vegetable 1 vatti +


Salad 1 vatti (white radish, spring onions, carrot) with curd.
At night Milk 1 cup

Diabetic Diet

Morning Milk / Tea (without sugar) 1 cup

Breakfast Upma/Daliya 1 Vatti (prepared in less oil) / Idli Sambar (without Chutney) /
8 am Dhokla/ thalipeeth + curd ½ vatti/ Amboli + pudeena chutney / chapati 2
vegetable + fruit 1
11 am Butter Milk 1 glass / white portion of egg

Lunch Chapatti / Bhakari + varan/ usal/ Vegetable Curry 1 vatti+ Rice + Vegetable
+ Salad 1 vatti
4 pm Any one from breakfast / Matki bhel/ Khakra/ Nachni/ Rava Pej + Milk 1
cup (without sugar)
Dinner Same as lunch without Rice

At night Milk 1 cup


High Protein Diet

Morning Milk (with 2 tsp sugar) 1 cup

Breakfast Sprouts Usal 1 Vatti + Chapatti / Idli Sambar/ Mendu Vada Sambar / Dosa
8 am Sambar / Dhokla / Thalipeeth + Boiled Egg
11 am Butter Milk 1 glass

Lunch Chapatti / Bhakari + varan/ usal/Curry 1vatti + Curd 1 vatti+ Rice +


Vegetable 1 vatti ( with Shengdana koot ) + Salad 1 vatti
4 pm Any one from breakfast + Raajgeera / Jaggery & Peanut/ Besan Laadu +
Milk 1 Cup
6 pm 1 fruit

Dinner Same as lunch without Rice

At night Milk 1 cup

Dash Diet

Morning Milk (Buffalo Milk without Cream)

Breakfast Pohe/ Upma/Daliya/ Sheera 1 Vatti (Prepared Less oil )/ Idli Sambar/
8 am Dhokla (Without adding Spices) / Rava/ Nachni Pej / Varan & Rice +
Boiled Egg white portion
11 am Butter Milk 1 glass (Pudeena/ Cumin/ tusli leaves)

Lunch Chapatti + varan/ usal/Curry 1vatti + Vegetable 1 vatti + Rice 1 vatti +


Salad 1 Vatti (Cooked)
4 pm Any one from breakfast + Milk 1 Cup (Buffalo Milk without Cream)

6 pm 1 fruit

Dinner Same as lunch

At night Milk 1 cup (Buffalo Milk without Cream)
