    TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    DELIVERY Delivery will be done in 2-3 weeks (10-15 working days)


    after the purchase order. Transportation cost will be
    charged extra or will be managed by the buyer side.
    PRODUCTS WITH THE MACHINE  The machine will be given with the same
    specification as mention in above column in the
    machine detail.
     Tool kit ( 7 nos cutting tools, 3 nos Collet, ER-32
    spanner set, Clamp 8 nos, and Vibration pad 6 nos)
    TAXES Excise/ VAT / CST will be charged extra as applicable at the
    time of dispatch from VK EXIM warehouse / factory ,
    CST 5% or 2% Against C Form
    PAYMENT TERM 30% payment will be done at the time of purchase order.
    Rest payment will be done before dispatch of machine from
    the factory. Once the Purchase order received will not be
    cancelled in any condition.
    INSTALLATION & TRAINING The installation and training is free of cost by VK EXIM.
    Food, accommodation and Travelling expense of the service
    engineer will have to provided by the buyer side at a time
    of installation and training.

    WARRANTY 1 Year manufacturing Defect warranty (12 months) from


    the date of sale. The warranty will not be applicable on the
    following parts: Rail, block, Timing Belt, DSP (keypad, USB
    pot and cable) and all switches of the panel box. The
    warranty should not be given on the accident or damaged
    condition.
    AFTER SALES SERVICE The sales service will be only given to the manufacturing
    defects and will be free of cost only transportation cost,
    food and accommodation of engineer will be managed by
    the buyer side .
