2. Which aspect of the Programme excites you the most? Which aspect seems most
challenging?
What excites me the most is the fact that i get the chance to experience
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
things i’ve never imagined i would throughout my teenage years and
getting together with my classmates but not only. However, trying to
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
complete all the CAS needed while trying to be up to date with my IB
work seems to be the most challenging for me throughout this journey
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
as my time management is not really good.
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
I hope, CAS help me achive my goal which is to grow as a person and
improve my life skills as well as help me gain as many memories as

possible from highschool and IB

4. How do you think your CAS Programme will enable you to grow?
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
The CAS programme is giving me a great opportunity to grow as an
individual through giving me the opportunities to try something new but
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
also by challenging me to find my steps alone in order to finish the CAS
activity. Throughout this, i will be able to find my strengths and
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
weaknesses and being able to build on them
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
5. What have you learned about the CAS Stages and how can this help you in CAS?
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
Through the stages of CAS, i learned that before actually taking part to
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
an activity, the steps must be followed carefully in order to fully
complete the CAS. This will then help me to stay organised and make
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
the best out of the CAS activity.

I really enjoy CAS. CAS gave me the chance to meet new people,
work with all of my classmates at some point and even grow as a
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
person by enabling me to work on my life skills. The CAS project i
enjoyed the most is the Junior Achievement as i always wanted to help
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
those with late developments and show others their worth and how
special they are. Through junior achievement i was able to do so and

watching those people smile gave me a sense of happiness

Since the beginning i was worried i won’t be able to reach my goals but

given to you in daily activities and challenges and as we grow up, time
is limited so knowing how to manage it without stressing out it’s very

important
