Broad Area of Work:
The broad area of work for an online employee recruitment system would be
to develop a comprehensive and efficient platform that streamlines the entire
recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
The project entitled “Online Recruitment System” is assigned by the
organizations .The aim is to provide services to both the Employer and the
Graduate by recruiting Graduates according to the employer specifications.

There are some major broad area of work as follows:


 Job posting and management
 Applicant tracking
 Candidate communication
 Interview scheduling and management
 Candidate evaluation and selection
 Analytics and reporting

Introduction:
An online employee recruitment system is a digital platform that streamlines
the process of finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for open
job positions within an organization. This system can be used by companies
of all sizes, and can be customized to fit specific hiring needs and
requirements.

recent years, with various software and platforms emerging to streamline the
recruitment process. The development of online employee recruitment
systems has made the recruitment process faster, more efficient, and more
effective. The use of these systems has become increasingly popular among
employers, and we can expect to see continued innovation and development
in this field.

 Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): ATS is software that enables


recruiters to collect and organize job applications and resumes. The
software can automatically screen and filter resumes based on specific
criteria, making the recruitment process faster and more efficient.

required precision.

Reliability: The website should be user friendly and should require


least effort to operate.

Portability: The website is made using HTML, PYTHON etc.

servers with minimum effort.

Flexibility: It is effort required to modify operational program.

receives improper parameters.

Understandability: A method is understandable if someone other


than the creator of the method understand the code.

Expected Outcome of the proposed work:


The expected outcome of developing an online employee recruitment system
would be to create a more efficient and effective process for recruiting and
hiring employees. The system would streamline the entire recruitment
process, from posting job openings to reviewing resumes and scheduling

and the applicants, resulting in a more positive experience for all parties
involved.
