Today, I'm going to talk about my fitness and eating habits to stay healthy. I think I
have a good shape because I spend more time do exercises, about 3 hours a day.
Every afernoon, my neighbours and I playing badminton at public gardend. Some
time I take 1 hour to running around the park. Then I eat more vegetable, fruits to
stay in shape. I usually eat cabbage, carrot and some kind of raw vergetables, and I
drink orrange, apple juice. I’m raely eat meat and fast food because they are
unhealthy food contain great number of oil. The most important of staying in shape
I think it is practise, good diet and sleep enough. I usually go to sleep at 10 pm and
sleep about 8 hours.
