23rd Oct 21 Mr Prashant Thakre from company’s Nagpur Office visited our site
at Barshi Takli [District-Akola] for Land survey, the survey report
is attached with the final Notarized agreement. Following remark
is put on his report.
“Site is very flexible for transportation. Site is OK for Project”.

25th Oct 21 Received following massage from Mr Rohan on WhatsApp

regarding approval of our site. He also asked me to meet the
company’s partner Mr Hiren Patel at Nagpur

Good morning sir, 
Kindly consider following points as you are thinking about the project
and its cost.

- The first most important thing about our project is the quality of the
seeds and process of growing it. The seeds which we use is lakadong
a rare variety (7-12% curcumin). This is a high export quality turmeric
used for anti cancer and many other medical and cosmetic purposes
which is high on demand globally and growing. And we already have a
plan and market for business globally. 

- we have our own SOP (systemised operating procedure) where we

use our own media and manage our nutrition very well and does gives
us average yield which is double if compared to open farming. We
have practiced the above process at our R&D centre for more than
4years where we were successful and after that we started doing this
commercially. 

- The steel which we use in our structure is of high quality too high
which has a shelf life of 24 years. As we are looking forward for a long
term business we use only the best quality of steel, drip irrational
system and polyhouse sheet etc. The care takers / agriculturist / man
power provided by us are also well trained to take care of the crops.
 
- As we work on Build Operate Buyback model the responsibility of
crop is completely on us. You will not have to worry about the market
price either as your returns doesn’t depend on crop, which is the main
concern of a farmer for returns on his investment on farming which he
does on his own.

- The fixed returns which you will be receiving are high returns and its
near to impossible for a farmer to get such returns or even close to it.
Besides this if people will notice about your project and you being a
well known figure there, you will definitely benefit from the frachise
model, which will be an extra income and can even cover all the

vertical and horizontal Farming Project was executed.

10th jan 22 payment receipt No 00000252 dated 10th Jan 21 for Rs 1 crore was

3rd Feb 22 Mr Rohan shared news item in Daily Lokmat Naik and
photographs of visit of Hon Governor of Maharashtra Shri
Bhagatsing Koshiyari on Sunday dated 30th January 2022 to the
site of A S Agri at Kalyani warehouse igatpuri.

Hence all the financial transactions now happen through Pvt Ltd .

Ltd to llp . And due to to some banking/technical restrictions there is a
per day limit for withdrawal and we could only withdraw limited funds
from pvt ltd to LLP . We have faced this issue for the first time and from
the next time will be taken care prior to the payout dates . Hence this
issue will not be repeated. 

Due to this issue we could only transfer half amount of the payouts.
The remaining half will be transfered max to max by Monday as our
accounts team is working on it

of ROI for the month of July 2022, wherein he promised that it will
be received between 20-25th August and also promised that the

28th sept 22 An email was received from customer care stating that “We need
to assure our esteemed investors / project partners that the Company is in sound
condition & is in a position to honor all its Contractual Obligations in the future too”.
 
29th oct 22 During the whatsapp chat Mr Rohan stated during the chat that
Company has arranged all the required funds to process all the
payments. Everything will be settled by January 2023. Mr Rohan
also shared a video clip of address of the chairman Mr Prashant
Zade wherein the chairman has shared some information’s
regarding the company and he has also given assurances that all
our pay-outs will be streamlined up-to 20th November 2022.

payments. Everything will be settled by January 2023 , the
calculations and sorting will take some time and we will officially

9th Feb 22 A sorry WhatsApp massage was received from Mr Rohan for the
failure of the vision of the chairman of the company and back to
back false commitments from Shri Bandekar regarding my
project. He also mentioned that he has also invested a huge
amount in the company and is suffering from the same. He
mentioned that he is still awaiting his salary of last 6 months and
said sorry before returning back the phone to the company.

I am extremely sorry on behalf of ASAA management for the
unprofessional behaviour. I thought this concept was really good and it
would actually have a good future. I believed in the product and
Prashant Zade's vision which turned out to be failure. 
I worked for ASAA with pure intention and dedication but Mr.
Bandekar's back to back false commitment about your project have
also effected the relation between us and many other investors. you
were always kind and polite with me and treated as your 'beta' , i feel
really sad for what happened and never wanted this to happen. I have
myself invested a heavy amount and suffering the same. 
 I feel the actions and meetings which you have arranged were very
right. The management never communicated with the marketing team/
employees, they literally ignored us every time and we are still waiting
for our  salaries of  6months.
