EXPLANATION

There are six causes that lead to the drug crime, the first cause is family. When the
children from broken homes there are many chances that children will addict to drugs.
This is because there is lack of supervision toward their children and they may turn to
drugs in order to find comfort. Mostly broken homes usually live with one parent at a
time and they may choose this opportunity to engage in such illegal activities. The
children will physical abuse towards drugs.

Next, environment can determine their involvement in such drugs activities. A town
that is considered to be middle class environment, where people can afford their basic
needs. However, there is a culture of illegal drug dealing in some places in particular
and become a culture of the youth in the area and become difficult to remove it. One
reason for this is that the neighbourhood is stuck in a cycle of poverty. Many people
are out of work and can't always go to school every day and lack of education because
of it. This is what makes them want to sell drugs illegally so they can make more money
for themselves and their families.

Other than that, most important thing that makes young people in this community
use drugs are the individual. We looked at personality because it includes a wide range
of traits that affect how people act. Research shows that people who are outgoing and
willing to try new things do better in life. Self-esteem goes along with this and is about
how much a person thinks of himself or herself. People with low self-esteem are more
likely to use drugs than people with high self-esteem. From the point made about
socialisation, we can say that delaying gratification is a virtue that parents should teach
their children so that they know and understand the value of hard work and sacrifice.
When people boredom, they might think about doing something extreme then they will
take drugs.

Another cause is social factors. Peer pressure is one reason why teens do illegal
things like use drugs. During school period the teenager with bad attitude will do some
illegal things such as taking drugs and alcohol then his peer also follows the bad
habits. Now, we use all kinds of social media every day, which can definitely have a
big effect on our lives. Teenagers are much more malleable than adults, which makes
them more likely to be affected by social media. People will see the social media then
copy it and follow then will addict to the drugs.

Moreover, interest to try something new which is try to take drugs because they are
curious to know the taste of the drugs. Usually, they might think want to take drugs
moderation but lastly, they increase the rate of taking drugs and become worst. If
people interest in something new usually the age doesn’t matter whether people is
young or old because they wanted to taste it and interesting something new.

Lastly, the cause is can be people feeling like example sad, stress and depress. If
people stress at workplace and they don’t know how to relief stress it then they might
think about taking drugs to release the stress. Then, if we have love failure, we depress
than same goes to taking drugs to make it forget and they will be happy but it is illegal.
When people sad because of broken family they intention is to take drugs is high
because no body will supervise their children.
