    * All rates and prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR / RM).
    * Rates quoted inclusive of Service Charge & Service Tax.
    * Rates quoted is subject to other additional applicable taxes by the government (NOT included in Package Rates)
    * Tourism Tax NOT included in package rates. RM10.00 per room per night applies to all foreigners staying at tourist accommodation premises.
    Payment is to be made during check-out at Rawa Island Resort (if applicable).
    * Rates quoted are NOT inclusive of sea sport activities or other service beside the package.
    * Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    * FULL AMOUNT of NON-REFUNDABLE prepayment required at the time of booking
    * NO REFUND in full or in part will be made for unutilized services included in the package regardless of any circumstances or unprecedented event.
    * The resort has the right to reschedule or cancel the boat schedule due to sea, weather and tide conditions.
    * Check In Time : after 2.00 pm / Check Out Time : 1 Hour before scheduled boat departure or latest before 12.00Noon.
