    Strategic Partnership Lead, Arthayan 10/2021 – 10/2022


    Lead the Incubation and Corporate partner vertical and forged strategic ties with
    80+ reputed organizations across the country.
    Built long-term ties with Incubation CEOs, Managers and onboarded them on the
    platform.
    Initiated and strengthened relations with decision makers of Venture Capital
    firms, Corporate Partners and Family offices for various engagements.
    Interacted and supported a startup community of 700+ for various acceleration
    programs.
    Lead and executed Funding Demystified 3.0, a flagship program which resulted in
    a participation of 300+ startup founders
    Initiated and closed "SANVRIDDHI 2.0" an elaborate acceleration cohort for
    Odisha based startups.

    Senior Outreach Associate, IndyWise 04/2021 – 09/2021


    Executed mentor onboarding, engagement, and management strategy for a group
    of 1000+ individuals.
    Researched and communicated with the prospective mentors and ran lead
    generation campaigns for mentor acquisition.
    Managed the end-to-end onboarding process of mentors on the platform as well
    as building and promoting long-lasting relationships with them which resulted in
    50% increase in a quarter.
    Conducted demos, meetings, and training sessions for mentors.
