A self-portrait is a drawing, painting or photograph of oneself
that shows the persons feelings at that time that can be
represented in different colours:
Sad(blue)
Happy or joyful(yellow)
It tells you whether the artist is a sad person or a very joyful
person or if the artist is a free artist or if the artis is a patient
artist. FOR Example, In Frida Kahlo’s paintings you will se
colours like green and you will see leaves which means she is
a person that loves nature and animals.

Frida Kahlo
Mexican painter Magdalena Carmen Frida Kahlo y
Calderón is well-known for her multiple self-portraits and
works that take inspiration from Mexican landscape and
items. She was born 6th July 1907. She died 13 July 1954. A
unibrow was a feature of both Frida Kahlo's personal and
creative style. She maintained a moustache and a unibrow
as a criticism of male and female beauty standards. She
was inspired by her husband Diego Rivera and portrayed
herself in her paintings with similar characteristics as
well. Because of her unique personality and interesting
life, Frida Kahlo has gained popularity among the public.
She has identified herself as a role model for women's
inner strength, love of Mexico and its culture, and bravery
in the face of difficulty. She was a sincere person who
stood by her beliefs above all else. Kahlo was a talented
student going for medical school despite being afflicted by
polio as a child, but she was hurt in a bus accident when
she was 18 years old, leaving her with lifelong agony and
medical issues. She went back to her early love of art after
her recovery with the goal of becoming an artist. Her
