In conclusion ,this report have discussed several areas of Fourth Industrial revolution and has focused on its

strategies and trend. As we know The Fourth Industrial Revolution is a phrase used to refer the merging of
the physical, digital, and biological worlds. It combines advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), robots, the
Internet of Things (IoT), 3D printing, genetic engineering, quantum computing, and other technologies. On
the other hand , industry 4.0 is developing always and never stops also there is numerous sectors are
manufacturing such as , 3d printing which is using the method of “adding layers” also robots which they are
being developed to do human tasks in hospital , school also companies. In relation to current jobs and duties,
the Fourth Industrial Revolution may result in more organizations hiring specialists or remote workers.
Employers may become more supportive of current workers who desire to work remotely or with flexibility
as a result of new technologies and shifting needs. In the past, scientific advancements were one of the most
effective catalysts of industrial revolutions. However, we now predict that the most recent technological
breakthroughs will usher in a new industrial revolution dubbed as Industry 4.0 - the fourth industrial
revolution. It is thought that the debut of Industry 4.0 exceeded expectations of a brighter future by bringing
about improvements in the social, environmental, and political systems. Further more , In our paper, we
focused on highlighting and forecasting future industrial trends, such as the employment of sophisticated
technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), nanotechnology, biotechnology, and robotics. and just to
identify the revolution that was developing at the time, which is now more preferably known as "Industrial
Revolution," and we have been the living proof as we have indicated the change before our eyes, so we know
that there are always issues preceding with every new era, which we will be reflecting those future issues in
this report. As we learned in this course, industry 4.0 has a lot of issues, such as barriers to digital
transformation, which we mean by a lack of skills or talent to manage complex Industry 4.0 structures, as well
as concerns about cyber security and other capital expenditure priorities, which can create a massive risk,
also data and IT security, IT security can offer significant dangers in an Industry 4.0 environment. Online
integration of processes, systems, and people raises the possibility of security breaches and data leaks.
Remember that IT security is not confined to cyber threats. Other major hazards include network
misconfigurations, erroneous instructions, and software or device failures, all of which can interrupt
corporate operations and production. As well as that , we know that industry 4.0 is developing but it have a
lot of pros and cons like , it can increase efficiency of an organization also it can increase competitive
between companies which might profit from the introduction of new technology and tactics. Unlike industry
4.0 have cons similar to ethical issues Job loss automatization, invasion of privacy, information deception, AI
biases and prejudice, and the ever-widening gap between the affluent and the poor must all be handled
ethically. Another disadvantages and the major one is cybersecurity , cybersecurity is a huge problem and
easy to reach to it if we don’t have secure techniques also it is The potential of data being hacked or
manipulated is a real hassle. Which can ruin everything . at the end of this report , industry 4.0 never stops
and its based on creativity but it have a large number of challenges that we can conclude them such as , data
protection ,failure and high costs .
