Argumentative Essay On Bullying
This attitude is hazardous because it discourages children from reporting incidents of abuse and
leaving them face to face with their abusers. Some schools bear a tremendous degree of
responsibility for ending bullying. They do not promote this type of behavior by imposing
sanctions on victims and providing psychological support to victims. Student education is
another typical approach to bullying, and some educational institutions offer bullying lectures.
Collaborating with bullies can also bring good results and because these students often need
psychological support to overcome anger. Teachers, parents, and students working together is
the most effective approach to the problem of bullying in schools. It is not enough to give talks
while parents fail to give their children adequate attention and support at home.
Similarly, sanctions will not bring long-term consequences unless students are aware of the
adverse effects of their behavior and know how to stop bullying in their groups. Parental
education may also be effective because some families are unemployed.
They see the importance of the problem and may not see their children’s requirements. As a
result, schools, parents, and students must collaborate to eliminate bullying and make school a
safer environment.
There is no unanimity among scholars and educators as to how this dysfunctional behaviour
should be prevented and punished. As far as I am concerned, its complex nature requires a
collaborative approach, which means that parents, teachers, and students themselves need to
be involved.
Solutions to eliminate bullying in schools vary significantly. Some parents and teachers believe
that this phenomenon is no more just a stage in children's life that does not mean anything.
Many of them have been the victims of bullying and think that it is normal in schools. This
attitude is extremely dangerous because it discourages children from reporting the cases of
bullying and leaves them face-to-face with their abusers. Some schools are more responsible
when it comes to eliminating bullying. They discourage this type of behaviour by imposing
sanctions on the bullies and providing psychological support for victims. Student education is
another widespread solution to bullying, and some educational institutions provide lectures on
bullying prevention. Working with bullies may bring positive effects as well because these
students often require psychological support to overcome aggression.
However, the most effective solution to the problem of school bullying lies in the collaboration
of teachers, parents, and students. It is not enough to provide lectures while parents fail to give
their children enough attention and support at home. Similarly, sanctions would not bring a
long-term effect unless students are aware of the adverse consequences of their behaviour and
know how to stop bullying that occurs within their groups. Parent education may also be
effective because some families do not realize the importance of the problem and may be blind
to their children's needs. Thus, schools, parents, and students should work collaboratively
towards eliminating bullying and making school a safer place.

Why is cyber bullying a problem? Cyber Bullying is a form of emotional bullying (sometimes
referred to as relational aggression) that causes feelings of fear, isolation, and humiliation
among its targets. Research over the last decade confirms that traditional bullying can seriously
affect the mental and physical health of children and their academic work. Children who are
bullied are more likely than non-bullied children to be anxious, depressed, and to suffer from
low self esteem¹.. Prevention tips from students:
School bullying is associated with school shootings; the vast majority of students (87%) believe
that shootings occur in direct retaliation to bullying. (School Bullying Statistics) School shooters
who left behind evidence that they were bullied include Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold
(perpetrators of the Columbine High School massacre), Nathan Ferris, Edmar Aparecido Freitas,
Brian Head, Seung-Hui Cho, Wellington Menezes Oliveira, Kimveer Gill, Karl Pierson, and Jeff
Weise. (Make Beats Not Beat Downs.)[unreliable source? Bullying has traditionally been
defined as repeated inhumane actions directed at target individuals, who are disadvantaged or
less powerful than those who repeatedly harass or attack them305. The international school
bullying research field has its origin in developmental psychology and was initiated by the work
of the Scandinavian psychologist Dan Olweus 306. Developmental and educational psychology
still dominates this field, even though the interest of school bullying has been growing among
social psychologists, sociologists, social anthropologists, and philosophers307.
Bullying in school is a significant problem worldwide and is one of the most common antisocial
behaviors among adolescents and children. Despite implementing anti-bullying prevention
programs in almost every school within the United States, Europe, and some initiatives in low-
income countries, yet bullying is more pervasive problems in schools than any other problems.
The following research paper focuses on both traditional bullying and cyberbullying. The paper
pro vides background information about bullying, defines the problem and where it is focused,
looks at the clinical and legal issues that surround both forms of bullying, and discusses possible
