decades of experience spanning creative, development and
engineering domains he is meticulous about the way a
product is crafted.

Prior to joining the team at Aarts, Vinny has been associated


with startups and has worked on several good ideas. Over

groundwork for the rest of processes. With help of a Brand Strategy Document, facilitated meetings with the stakeholders to:

1.2 Logo Design
We design a logo qualifying on inevitable parameters such as scalability, timelessness, story encapsulation, brand recall and
aesthetics, with our signature 7-step evolved process as defined below. We sketch several designs, however, curate and present to
you only the qualified ones (up to 3).

Website Designing and Development (Static)
2.1 Website Information Architecture
A bird's eye view of the content structuring for the Website. The goal of information architecture is to classify the content in a clear
and understandable way and arrange it according to relations between the content pieces.

2.2 Ideation and Design


Idea, idea, idea! This phase is all about collective brainstorming between Aarts team members to develop creative and stunningly
beautiful design concepts for the website. Providing up to 2 design options presented through 2 different homepages, in
subsequent rounds, based on your feedback on the initial. During this phase, when the UI is being designed, there can be a
maximum of 2 revisions.

2.3 Implementation
Embodiment of the design in code. This is where the website begins to come to life with all the custom design implementation.
Once the website is moved into development, no changes will be made to its design.

2.4 Testing and QA


Rigorous testing and quality checks right before the Website is delivered to the stakeholders.

2.5 Deployment
We deploy the Website to the state-of-the-art scalable infrastructure at Aarts or deploy it on your servers to take the website
public and start accepting traffic.

2.6 Consultancy
We consult you throughout the process via various sessions, for discovery, brainstorming, feedbacks, and explanations.

2.7 Add-ons (optional)


Strategy analysis and planning, Hosting, Devops, Feature enhancements etc. to be estimated separately as per actuals.
