1. Introduction:

To evaluate the extent of implementation, effectiveness, and adherence to the IS0 9001:2015 Standards of QMS implementation within the NMP, the QMS Core Team shall conduct

Internal Quality Audits at scheduled intervals for the period of February 2023.

Objectives:

Specifically, the audit activity intends to:

Evaluate the effectiveness of the methods and controls specified in the procedures;

Evaluate the effectiveness of the actions to address risks and opportunities;

Assess the extent of achievement of the performance targets;
Assess compliance with regulatory requirements;

Assess conformance to subscribed standards and policies;

ldentify areas for improvement

3. Audit Methodologies:

The conduct of the audit activity will follow the methodologies as specified below:
Collection of evidence/s;
Collection of Information thru interview, document review and observation;
information thru notes and, thru photos/photocopY;
.Recording checklists, if necessary
Working language in Filipino and English
