    ESSVEE WIRES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED BS Essvee Wires India Pvt.Ltd. an iso 9001:2008 certified company incorporated in the year 1974 , has a history over 40 years in electro conductivity grade quality copper enamel wires which are used for the electrical appliances like transformers, alternators, generators, electric motors(de & ac),inverters, mixers, fans and other electrical devices etc., We are also manufacturing poly wrap copper wires for the induction motors used as prime mover in submersible pump set. ‘We have competent technical team who have involved in researching, developing enamel and submersible products in copper wires. We have fully equipped with advanced producing machineries and testing equipments .We have defined control production atmosphere in our production and quality related process. As essvee wires we are committed quality wires and continual improvements in our quality management system by upgrading our emplovees CTT Sit a ENAMELLED COPPER WIRE: Magnet wire or enameled wire is a copper or aluminium wire coated with a very thin layer of insulation. It is used in the construction of transformers, inductors, motors, speakers, hard disk head actuators, electromagnets, and other applications that require tight coils of insulated wire. The wire itself is most often fully annealed, electrolytically refined copper. Aluminium magnet wire is sometimes used for large transformers and motors. The insulation is typically made of tough polymer film materials rather than enamel, as the name might suggest. SUBMERSIBLE WINDING WIRES : poly submersible pump motor winding wires are specially insulated with polyester and polypropylene to ensure their full capability to withstand extremely high temperature and mechanical abrasion. Pure copper CC rodis used to draw the copper conductor for our winding wires. * Submersible winding wires are made as per |S:8783 (Part 4/Sec3) as amended upto date and also as per customers’ specifications like lesser OD, higher OD etc. Most manufacturers use 3 tapes wrapping i.e. 1st Polyester Tape, 2nd BOPP Opaque and 3rd BOPP ‘Transparent whereas in ESSVEE submersible winding wires we use 3 BOPP tapes i.e. 1st BOPP ‘Transparent, 2nd BOPP Opaque and 3rd BOPP Transparent tapes. All the three tapes are heat sealable which gives ESSVEE winding wires better water resistance. This in turn rules out the chances of water penetration in the submersible pump motor.
