    INTRODUCTION
    The flag airline for the Philippines is Philippine Airlines, usually
    referred to as PAL. PAL is the oldest and longest-running
    airline in south-east Asia. The firm began operations in
    February 1941.

    Today, Philippine Airlines is a privately held business owned by


    PAL Holdings, one of the biggest conglomerates in the
    Philippines. The company's current CEO and President is Mr.
    Jaime Bautista.

    As of March 2019, PAL offers service to/from 58 international


    locations as well as 41 domestic airports.
