    The attention of the att the Municipat Commissioners is invited to the references
    cited, wherein in the reference 1st cited, where in Honbte Minister during the review
    meeting directed to improve sanitation in scientific way duty comptying the
    Government orders issued vide ref. 2nd and 3rd cited above indicating norms for
    procurement of vehictes for door to door garbage collection and atso for transportation
    of waste to processing facitities.
    2. Further, the Municipat Commissioners vide reference Znd cited, were instructed
    to assess the requirement of sanitatjon vehictes as per the above G.0 keeping in view of
    the road worthiness of the present availabte vehictes, number of households and gaps
    and procure the required vehictes at District Levet.

    3. Therefore the Municipal Commissioners noted in the address entry are hereby
    instructed to consid& for procurement of sweeping machines immediatety as pu|. norm,
    wherever necessary in the Municipatities for providing better sanitation and report
    comptiance.
