    Instructions to the Candidates:
    1. Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the exam without the valid hall ticket, University Identity Card.
    Candidates are
    advised to check that all information on the hall ticket are correct.
    2. If your photo is not available in the Hall Ticket or if your photo is not clear, please paste the recent stamp size
    photograph in this
    Hall Ticket.
    3. Candidates who don't have the University Identity Card, should bring the valid original photo ID proof (Voter ID /
    Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Driving License / Passport / Photo ID
    issued by any Govt. Organization) to the examination
    Centre.
    4. In case of candidates who have changed their names, they will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette
    Notification /
    Registered Marriage Certificate.
    5. The name of the candidate in the original ID proof brought for verification should exactly match with the name given
    in the hall
    ticket.
    6. The hall ticket is not transferable Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
    7. Calculator, Log Table, Mobile Phone, Bluetooth or any other Electronic Communication Devices are strictly
    prohibited inside the
    examination hall. The institution is not responsible for any of your belongings.
    8. In case of any discrepancy, University’s decision will be final.
    9. In View of COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the candidates shall undergo thermal screening, wear face mask at all
    time, sanitizing their
    hands before entering the exam hall. Candidates should maintain social distancing and should
    avoid crowding in the exam venue.

    Important Note:
    1. Candidates should check the OMR sheet provided in answer booklet before start writing, which is applicable to your
    11 or 12 digit enrolment number.
    2. UG candidates who have missed to pay the fee for Foundation/Language course are permitted to write
    Foundation/Language course/Elective,
    even it is not mentioned in the Hall Ticket. However, the candidates have to
    pay the fee for the course by way of Demand Draft
    for Rs. 125/- per course/paper in favour of "Tamil Nadu Open
    University" and send to the Controller of Examinations, TNOU with covering letter immediately or the results will be
    withheld.
    3. Candidates shall get the Signature of the Invigilator in the Hall Ticket on the date of examination against the subject
    code of the each examination.

    Note: Please check your email regularly. If you receive any communication from NAAC regarding
    TNOU, kindly give response.
