    2010 Centralized Bar Operations

    Property - All things which are, or may be, the conditions, the body of a person or parts
    object of appropriation (Art. 414, NCC) thereof may be the subject matter of a
    transaction (See R.A. 349, R.A. 7170, R.A.

    Thing Property  Parties to a contract may treat as personal
