or game day atmosphere with good food to match. They
operate over 50 sites, with 120 units sold across five states.
The Problem
Since they began, they ran the operation on paper tickets, broadcasting games while trying to
maintain happy customers and quality food. Unfortunately, the outdated system couldn’t keep up!

The Darwin Brasserie crafts an elite experience for anyone
who visits featuring a picturesque view and high-end cuisine.
They operate in London, where they’ve been since 2014.
The Problem
Their old setup had each order coming through on a paper ticket with a host running back into
a chaotic kitchen. This disconnect created stress and confusion as staffers called out orders to one
another, desperately trying to stay on top of their backlog as orders continued streaming in. They
needed powerful technology in their workflow, to automate this order process, and free up staff to
focus on what’s most important: the guest experience.
The Solution
They opted to implement ConnectSmart Kitchen into their operation. With its capability of integrat-
