MIX-
300g chicken breast chopped up
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Soy sauce
15g corn flour
MIX-
30g ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp corn flour
½ cup water
1: cook rice
2: cook chicken until crispy
3: cook chopped onions, bell peppers and capsicum
4: add the sauce
5: simmer and thicken
6: once thickened add the chicken back in
7: garnish with spring onion
8: put the sweet and sour chicken with veggies on rice
Butter chicken
MIX-
300g cube chicken breast
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
120g low fat Greek yoghurt
½ lemon juice
1: cook rice
2: 20g butter in pan and add sliced onion
3: season with the same spices and some cashews
4: add 1 tin of tomatoes and 50g of Greek yogurt
5: blend until smooth
6: cook the chicken for 4 mins high heat
7: lower heat and add the sauce
8: mix and simmer and add coriander
9: add to the rice
Chicken quesadilla
MIX-
2 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oregano
BLEND-
50g avocado
100g low fat Greek yoghurt
Handful Coriander
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt and pepper
½ Lime juice
