Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) renamed through Republic Act 11015,
The University charter integrated the former Ramon Magsaysay Polytechnic College
(RMPC) in Iba, the western Luzon Agricultural College (WLAC) in San Marcelino, and
the Candelaria School of Fisheries (CSF) in Candelaria. The strength of its parent-
institutions, which had existed since the early 1900s, serves as PRMSU’s springboard
