Site EHS & LOTO Manager AMANDI Combined Cycle Power Plant Project
(TKP project Construction and Commissioning).
Job description:
▪ Monitor the effectiveness of the site related rules defined in the Site EHS
plan and revise as necessary to keep up to date, in consultation with the
Project EHS Manager and Site Manager
▪ Ensure effective implementation of EHS management system including
policy, plans, training, effective risk assessment, inspection, auditing, event
management and analysis
▪ Ensure effective implementation of company standards and procedures at
site, including the effectiveness of safety related processes owned by
others.
▪ Ensure appropriate actions are taken in the event of non-compliance

Job description:
▪ Ensure full requirement of the company HSE policies and procedures are
fully implemented on exploitation, maintenance and new projects
▪ Provide specialist support and guidance to installations manager and to
various sections on all aspects of HSE.
▪ Developing and maintaining systems and procedures to identify and
improve the company’s HSE performance.
▪ Conducting risk assessments, developing HSE Plans, emergency procedures
and other relevant documentation
▪ Ensure all safety rules, regulation and procedures are fully implemented
and adhered to by all personnel (company / subcontractor).
▪ Ensured that all prescribed safety measures are applied to maintenance,
repair work and authorized the PTW accordingly.
▪ Monitoring PTW system, risk assessments, project safety procedures,
implementation HSE programmed /procedure, drills/exercises, risk
management, safety management systems, emergency evacuation
procedure, supervision of safety, fire, Medical.
▪ Assist the operating unit to carry out the risk assessment as per the
procedure to identify potential hazards and define the appreciate safety
measures to be adapted, issue specific instruction in case of particular
hazardous jobs.

▪ Check and verify any safe working procedures developed by operating units
in particular for simultaneous activities to ensure that they are correct and
are in line with the company procedure & policy.
▪ Attend/conduct regular meetings with client & Contractors representatives
to discuss/agree safety standards, concerns & potential hazards.
▪ Liaise with HSE representative of Client to organize the required numbers
of inspections / audits as per Contractor’s HSE Plan.
▪ In co-operation with other departments, ensure that sufficient training and
instruction in HSE matters is provided so that members of the workforce
understand the requirement to work safely in accordance with Company
policies and procedures.
▪ Train personnel in the use of the safety equipment, the requirement of the

▪ To conduct Audits of the Construction Site, ensuring that main contractor
& its sub-contractors are maintaining Fire & HSE standards on all
construction sites.
▪ Conduct inspections of mobile firefighting equipments (Rapid Intervention
Vehicle, Fire Tender and ambulance) and also regular inspections of existing
fire locations on plant through a checklist and coordinates with
Maintenance Superintendent for random / periodic maintenance.

attitude within the Company personnel and Contractors.
