    2. Payment: By confirmed and irrevocable letter of credit at 90 days sight from the date of delivery challan.
    3. Interest : Interest to be paid at LIBOR by buyer till maturity. If payment is not made within maturity then interest
    @ 18% will be charge for overdue period and buyer is liable to pay. This clause must be appeared on the L/C.
    4. Advising Bank: Southeast Bank Ltd, Shymoli Branch, Asha Bhaban, Shymoli, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

    8. Negotiation: 15(fifteen) days from the date of delivery.
    9. Inspection : Should be carried out of the buyer/representative of the buyer at the factory site before delivery.
    10. Liability: Once fabrics are cut, seller shall not be liable for any claim or replacement of fabrics.
