    2. Tables and chairs are clean, robust, and well 
    arranged.

    canteen.

    Food Handler 1. Wear clean apron and tidy clothes or uniform 
    - Grooming and
    Customer Service 2. Hair is kept tidy and is covered with caps or 
    hair net.
    3. Free from diseases transmittable through 
    food, water or equipment and skin infection.
    4. Fingernails are short, unpolished and clean. 
    5. Hands are washed thoroughly cleaned with 
    soap and water frequently and at appropriate
    times.
    6. The personnel are not wearing body  -Wedding ring is allowed as long as it is fitted and
    accessories or jewelries. not loose.
    Earrings for females are allowed as long as covered
    with hairnet.
    C. Equipment and 1. Plates, glasses, utensils and food equipment 
    Utensils are properly washed and dried (non-greasy)
    after every use.
    2. Spoons and forks are stored properly in a 
    clean, functioning utensil sterilizer.
    3. Food containers are covered and clean. 

    D. Food Preparation 1. Food ingredients are washed thoroughly and 


    properly cooked.

    2. Foods are free from flies and foreign objects. 


    3. Food preparation area is clean and free from  With Pest control. (twice a month)

    E. Food Serving 1. Equal and sufficient serving 

    consumption over a few days.
    F. Garbage and Waste 1. Garbage bin must be leak-proof, non- 
    Disposal absorbent and covered.
    2. Trash bins are emptied and cleaned regularly. 

    Remarks:
    ✔For precautionary measure, One (1) fire extinguisher is situated in the canteen.
    ✔A water dispenser is placed besides the canteen for customer’s consumption.
    ✔Proper air ventilation inside the canteen was observed.
