(i) Anxiety and other mental health issues are equally as real as physical ailments. 66.7% chose
the right answer. When they're mild, they'll usually go away on their own, just like a cold would.
However, there are situations when we require assistance. It's possible that we'll need to speak
with someone, or it's possible that we'll need to discover innovative approaches of dealing with
tough emotions. We may need to take a break from time to time. However, with the correct
assistance, we can improve.
(ii) People with mental health issues are quite common, thus it is critical that we understand
mental health. We need to know how to take care of ourselves while still being nice and
empathetic to sick friends or family members.
(iii) Depression can manifest itself in a variety of ways. Some people may decrease their
appetite, while others may gain weight. Some people are exhausted, while others have trouble
sleeping. The majority of individuals, on the other hand, are filled with melancholy or
hopelessness, and they are no longer able to appreciate the things they once did. However, with
the correct assistance, they may and do fully recover.
(iv) Bullying is a tough situation to cope with, and it may make youngsters anxious and sad.
(v) Many well-known and successful persons have struggled with mental illness. Demi Lovato
and Ruby Wax , even some bollywood stars are among the others. Johnny Depp, Stephen Fry
Having a mental health problem does not rule out the possibility of making a positive difference
in your life.
