III. RATIONALE
As the Institution opened its gate and welcomed back the face-to-face class setup,
the hallways around the building of the College of Arts and Sciences and the rooms of the
Bachelor of Arts in Communication Program are now filled with new, familiar but not
so-known faces of students who are currently taking up the course. Knowing that the
students here, and the course, require and demand communication and full interaction to
embody the program, the VOICES would like to propose a TEAM BUILDING
PROGRAM filled with unique activities fit for socializing and building connections that
the COVID-19 Pandemic deprived us of.
The said exciting and fun activities consist of games on which the four (4) pre-
arranged factions will compete. The factions mentioned are divided into four colorful
groups: Team Blue, Team Green, Team Red, and Team Yellow. The members within
those four factions are, from the different year levels of the BA Comm Program that were
mixed and divided to ensure the games will be engaging and will have the purpose of
building new friendships and acquaintances. To enlighten the undeniable competitive
spirits of the students, prizes and certificates will be given to the deserving winners and
honor their efforts.
With this, the VOICES will organize a team-building program to leave the core
and valuable memories and strengthen comradeship among the organization's members.
This will undoubtedly help build a healthy relationship within the group, which will make
the organization stronger, more functional, and the best.
