V. RATIONALE:

Grade level chairs are essential positions which provide effective in implementation of a
school’s program. Such positions foster leadership experiences and provide the individual opportunity
to develop positive leadership traits.

The plan design by the grade 8 teachers thru the leadership of the chairman is to reach out
students with difficulties in answering and understanding the lessons thru modular Distance Learning in
this New Normal of Education.

One of the highlights of this program, projects and activities is to reach them out virtually using
online platforms and to provide them Learning Alternative Sheet to help learners understand their
lessons despite the situation today.

VI. OBJECTIVES
1. To reach out students with difficulties in answering the module thru home visitation and
students profiling - giving assistance financially and providing school supplies
2. To keep the surroundings clean and tidy by cleaning the area per month.
3. To solicit storage boxes, bond paper and other school supplies to generous people to be
used by the grade 8 learners.
4. To purchase at least 1-unit printer to be used in printing LAS and SLMs to be reproduced.
5. Online discussion every Monday and Friday to help students understand their lessons thru
google meet instructions and other online platforms
6. To reach out friend who are struggling in answering modules and summative test thru call,
text, Video Call and other means of online platform.
7. To provide intervention for the struggling students to be used as their enrichment activity.
