Values and attitude are important in order to protect the worker in any incident.
Wearing uniforms or gears are valuable because they identify workers belongings
to the same organization, can protect employees in the workplace and can foster
team spirit. Identifies who the employee is and who he is working for. Same goes
well with the requirement of protective paraphernalias especially if a worker is
exposed in hazardous environment.
