    This is regarding our property covered by Tax Declaration No. _. We recently secured a
    copy of the said Tax Declaration from your good office. Thus, we discovered that the
    same still reflects the old Transfer Certificate of Title of the property. With this, may we
    respectfully request that the Tax Declaration be updated or amended to reflect the
