    Qn1: Tell me about yourself.

    My Name is Rai Muhammad Abdullah, I am currently doing bachelor’s in Computer Science from UCP. I
    have completed F.S.C pre engineering from Punjab Group of Colleges with Excellent grades in 2019 and I
    have done matriculation from La Salle School System with first class grade in 2017.

    Qn2: How would you describe yourself?

    I am currently doing bachelor’s in Computer Science from UCP because I like to make myself more
    involved in technology and software Coding. I also owe a Dairy farm I am great at management skills I
    am managing it from past 4-5 years.

    Qn3: What is your greatest weakness?

    Sometimes I am very Stubborn.

    Qn4: What is your greatest strength?

    I am very cooperative and friendly with colleagues and employees, I make plans before starting projects
    and group works.

    Behavioral Questions

    Qn1: How would you describe your ability to work as a member of a team? Given An example.

    Working with a group of people to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way. I have the
    ability to compromise, show respect to others and listen to the needs of my teammates. Actively
    listening to other members of the team. Supporting struggling friends and team mates. Approaching
    teamwork with a positive attitude.

    Qn 2: What was a major obstacle you have overcome in the past year and what Did you learn from it?

    My toughest challenge is to give a seminar in front of the whole class, and I took it as a challenge. Just
    have trust and confidence in myself, and go with the flow. I have learnt that nothing is impossible, if you
    are determined to your goal.

    Qn 3: Tell me about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose Personality was very
    different from yours.

    About a year ago, I worked with someone whose personality was very different from my own. I had
    more of a type A personality, whereas he had a type B personality. I was more competitive and
    aggressive than he was, and at times was impatient with his more relaxed style of working.

    Qn 4: Give me an example of a time you managed numerous responsibilities. How Did you handle
    that?
    In last summers semester I had registered in 2 courses and at that same time I have to shift my dairy
    farm so, first I go to attend classes in morning and then I have to rush towards Farm.

    Qn 5: Describe a long-term project that you kept on track. How did you keep Everything moving?

    I was recently working on a project from past year and a half I have managed to build a company based
    in Us. At starting my routine was very disturbed at day time I have to attend classes and take care of my
    farm also and at night I run my office my hard work payoff now it’s stable and well organized

    Qn 1: What would you like to learn more about in your field of expertise?

    I wanted to learn more about deep concepts and front-end learning from my experience expertise.

    Qn2: Do you plan to pursue additional education? If so, what field would you Choose?

    Yes, my full intentions are toward MSCS (Master’s in Computer Science) after completing my bachelor’s
    degree.

    Qn 3: What are your future career goals and what do you plan to do to achieve Them? (e.g. in the next
    five years)

    My first priority is to complete my studies and to maintain my abilities and skills in this field.

    Qn 4: Do you think this position aligns with your professional goals? In which Ways?

    Yes, because I am very competitive and self aggressive to complete tasks before time with quality of
    work.

    Qn 5: Do you prefer becoming an expert in your field or broadening your knowledge of different
    disciplines? Why?

    I would rather remain a person who knows a little something about almost everything and ask those
    who know everything about something when I find something I don’t know enough about.

    Question 5: Why should we hire you?

    Thank you for inviting me to be interviewed for this Civil Service position today. Over the years, I have
    built extensive transferrable skills and qualities that I believe will enable me to excel within the Civil
    Service. I am an excellent organiser and somebody who will always provide exceptional customer
    service. I am a creative problem solver, and I will always make decisions that are in the best interests of
    my employer. For example, in my previous role, my manager often praised me for seeking ways to help
    the company save money by streamlining processes and by ensuring I delivered value for money in all
    my daily tasks. I understand working for the Civil Service requires the ability to work alone and as part of
    a team, to communicate with clarity, to see the bigger picture, and to approach tasks and projects with
    enthusiasm and a commitment to public service. If you employ me in this position, I will be a supportive
    team member and I will act as a positive role model for the Civil Service whilst embracing change with
    an open and positive attitude. I applied for this role because I enjoy helping others. Ever since I was an
    undergraduate student, I knew I wanted to dedicate my career to the greater good. Working for this
    government agency would give me the opportunity to help the homeless population get connected to
    the resources they need. I feel like my communication skills and commitment to civil service make me
    the right fit for this role.

    Question 6:

    What is the height/weight of the empire state building/eiffelTower/Minar-e-Pakistan?

    Answer:

    The base is about 8 meters above the ground. The tower rises about 62 meters on the base, and the
    total height of the Minar is about 70 meters above the ground. The unfolding petals of the flower-like
    base are 9 meters high. The diameter of the tower is about 9.75 meters.
