At the end of the lesson, the learner will be able to:
a. discuss the correct body posture
b. perform correct body posture
c. appreciate and maintain correct body posture in our daily life.

A. Learning Activities

1. Prayer
Before we start our lesson, let us ask God to
guide us in our activity today.

standing position by performing “Kung ikaw ay masaya tumawa
ka” Group1 and “ako si takori” Group2. Each group must be
participate.

Direction: Write T if the statement is true and F if statement is false.
