are your top three priorities for this week? These are your Quadrant II activities.

1. Take my Semester’s all lectures on time with full focus.

The Time Management Matrix
During the next week, keep track of how you are spending your time. In the
Time Matrix, write the activities that belong in each quadrant.
i. Urgent and Important
1) To buy New clothes for Eid and give them to tailor to make them ready.
2) To complete my assignments before the deadline gets over.
3) To Give my laptop for repairing.
ii. Not urgent but Important
1) Do exercise every morning to become fit and healthy.
2) To go to my hostel and bring back all my stuff from my room.
3) Complete the reading of the book I started.
iii. Urgent but not important
1) Change all the bedsheets with the new ones.
2) To take my pet dog on a walk in evening.
3) To check my emails.
iv. Not Urgent not important
1) Watching new seasons on Netflix.
2) Meeting up with my friends and having a get together.
3) Playing video games all night with friends.
Did you meet your Quadrant II priorities? If yes, explain. If not, why not?
Yes, I do meet all my quadrant 2 priorities as it has become my habit now that I do
not leave doing exercise and keep an eye on my diet so that I stay fit and then I
also meet my second priority as I had in my mind that I have to go and bring my
stuff back so I had spare time on Saturday, I went to my hostel and get it done
and lastly on Sunday I completed the book name this kid can fly which I started at
the start of the week.
Decide on a plan for how you will better meet those Quadrant II priorities next
week. Write your plan and schedule any appropriate tasks and appointments.
So my Plan to meet my priorities of quadrant 2 much better is as follows in which
I will first set an alarm and also tell my mom to wake me up early on time which
will help me to full fill my first priority. Then to meet the second one I plan to call
my hostel’s manager and take an appointment that which day and time would me
suitable for me to come and collect my things. And lastly I plan to stay up late in
night so that I can make more time to finish my book.
Where is your journey taking you? What little issues are blocking your energy?
What is your purpose? Take a few minutes to write down your thoughts about
where you are in your journey.
I am at that place from where the journeys get starts and I think that my journey
is taking me to that end of the line from where I will be able to start much bigger
and greater journey of life. Like everyone I also have some issues that sometimes
does block my energy like lack of knowledge, then getting demotivated
sometimes etc. but my purpose is always stays there and that is to be the most
successful Business man among all.
Do you really want to pursue and follow your purpose? If so, why? If not, why
not?
Yes, I do really want to pursue and follow my purpose because I think through the
completion of my purpose I will also get that power from where I will be able to
do that those things which most of the time people fail to do due to certain
restrictions.
What is and isn't working in your life?
The things that are working in my life is that no matter of difficult and uncertain
the situation becomes I always gets out of it somehow and at the end I stay happy
and the thing that is not working is that I am bound in boundaries and limitations I
do not the freedom yet to do the things on my own will.
What do you want to change about your life?
The things that I want to change about my life is that first of all I want to become
more and more fitter and healthier than I am right now and secondly I want to
change my surrounding environment due to which my hands are tied and held me
back from doing what I want to do.
Before you become overwhelmed, list some small changes you can make right
now instead of trying to take on everything at once.
The small changes that I can make are:
1) Rather than just talking I can start doing things practically.
2) I can agree myself on do this and worry about the result later.
3) I can find those things which make me happy.
4) I can also make a schedule to take on one problem at a time,
5) I can start listening to my heart and start taking steps on my will.
. Now that you've written down some of the "right now" things you can do,
create several realistic, long-term goals and strategies that will move you
forward on your journey. You may want to refer back to your goals from Habit 2
The long-term goals and strategies will be;
1. Get a degree and have complete Information about my field
2. Make and Save enough money to start my own business.
3. Create social Platform to reach out to the world.
4. Keep all the things easy in mind and keep it calm and cool always.
5. Never work harder always work smarter in order to get goals for faster.
. How are you going to hold yourself accountable for following through on your
goals and strategies?
I am going to hold myself accountable by learning and gaining more and more
knowledge, by doing very well in getting the education and completing my degree
and then by opening my own business so by following my mission statement I will
be an accountable person to follow through on my goals.
What do you want to contribute?
I want to contribute in a way that every single person who is suffering from less
job opportunities and who is helpless and who is in pain I want to help them all
and I want to be a resource for them so that they can get a beacon of light so that
they can get revived and start reliving there life happily again.
What interests you most?
The thing that interest me the most is the power of social media and being an
influencer among the people so that they can get lesson from our life and try to
merge our lives with their lives so they can get the feeling that we are not
separate people, we all are one family.
What do you feel passionate about?
I do really feel passionate about playing cricket, I used to play hard ball cricket till
high school then I had to leave it to achieve my other bigger life goals, but still I
am really very passionate about sports specially cricket, and I am use to play it
here and here but just not regularly.
What is important to you?
The thing that is really really important to me is the happiness of my parents
which most of the times is not there because of the tension and thoughts for the
better future of their children, but I still try to made them as happy as I can and
which they surely deserve.
What do you want to accomplish?
I want to accomplish the youngest business man of the year award and I am
working very hard for it and I have a full proof plan ready for it and it is just about
the matter of time, that when the right time will come I will be in that position
where I will accomplish which I want to.
What do you believe in?
After Allah Almighty, I do believe in the concept of never ever giving up in life and
always push further and further and I don’t know exactly how many time I have
applied this in my life, and it just really helps to keep pushing and thinking that
the problem will get solved no matter how difficult it is.
What is your potential?
My great potential is that I am mentally and physically from both sides I am very
much strong, I can take on anything and nothing can hold off on me and nothing
can break my calmness, and distract my thoughts.
What do you stand for?
I stand for every single thing which I think is not appropriate in my sight and for
the situation where I think that there should be more to it rather than what is just
in front of our eyes, I take a stand and try to resolve it in a way that everyone
become satisfied.
What values are most important to you?
The values that are most important to me are:
1) Courage
Courage is about doing what you believe needs to be done — not in the
absence of fear but in spite of it.
2) Kindness
Kindness is about treating others the way I want to be treated.
3) Patience
When someone is pushing your buttons, taking your time or attention away
from something you want to finish, or making your life harder in some way,
you practice patience by putting yourself in the others’ shoes.
4) Forgiveness
Forgiveness is about letting go of anger and resentment toward those who
have hurt or offended you.
5) Vision
vision is not something that you own or that comes from you; it
comes through you and inspires you and others.
Make a list of your key roles and jot down an activity you will schedule in the
coming week for each of them.
1) Son
I will spent my spare time helping my MOM whatever she need help in. I will
help her in washing clothes, I will help her in cleaning and dusting and I will try
to reduce as much burden from her shoulders as I can.
2) Student
Every Early morning I will spend minimum 3 hours in learning and studying. I
will attend my lectures first then I will do my assignment which are urgent and
important and then I will revise my whole work.
3) Brother
I will go to Islamabad and meet up with my Brother and have a cup of tea and
have a chat. With him that how he is and what he is up to nad what his plans are
for future etc.
4) Friend
I spend at least two hour meeting up with my friends and having a get together
and reliving and freshen up all the old memories, which we had made together.
5) Sportsman
I will try that Every evening I will spend minimum 3 hours in playing my
favorite sports cricket.
6) Amateur Chef
I will try that I will be able to cook for at least three times in a week and give some
rest to Mother from work.
7) Gardener
I will try to spend my afternoon time in planting and taking care of my garden in
my backyard and I love doing it it kind of gives me a relaxation. And lightens my
mind. And I will also water the plants and shred them too so that they can also be
as healthy as I want to be.
