    RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE COMMUNITY DISASTER RISK


    REDUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN (CBDRRMP) 2022-2024 FOR BARANGAY
    TAGUITIC, KAPATAGAN LANAO DEL NORTE.
    WHEREAS, Barangay Taguitic, is one of the flooding and landslide barangays in the
    municipality of Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte and has formulated the Barangay Disaster Risk
    Reduction and contingency Plan 2022-2024 in compliance with requirement set forth in the
    implementing rules and regulations of R.A. 10121, which provides as the legal basis for policies,
    plans and program to deal with disasters,
    WHEREAS, the BDRRMC Plan is consonance with Municipal and National Disaster Risk
    Reduction and Contingency Plan which correspond to the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and
    Management Structure.
    NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation upon motion of Barangay Kagawad Benjie B.
    Vergara and unanimously seconded during the Emergency meeting be approved and adopted by
    the Committee.
    RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward copy of this resolution to MDRRMC Office for
    reference and record.
    APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
