    SHUTTERING OIL

    Owing to our expertise, we are engaged in offering premium quality Shuttering Oils. These
    are one of the best quality oils ready to use formwork/mould release agents. Based on
    petroleum distillates, these oils find application in all operations, involving concrete release.
    These oils are formulated using the best grade highly refined base oils and selected
    additives. Further, these oils have optimum viscosity and prevent the formation of rust &
    sludge. We offer these shuttering oils in different quantities at industry leading prices.

    APPLICATIONS/COMPOSITIONS
    Shuttering Oil (Grade 24) is used straight from the drum and no stirring or mixing is
    required. Shuttering Oil is applied by spraying guns, rollers or by brushes prior to pouring
    aerated concrete and is recommended for use as a concrete mould release agent with the
    protection of moulds from rust.

    WATER BASED SHUTTERING OIL
    This is diluted with water in the ratio 1:5 (1 part Water based shuttering oil & 5 parts water).
    This is very economical water based shuttering oil even cheaper than used/black oil. This is
    a blend of hydrocarbons, additives and emulsifiers. This gives better coverage area due to
    less viscosity. We are leading manufacturer, supplier, and distributor of high quality Water

    SPECIFICATIONS
    Color – Brown liquid

    Compatibility – With concrete, all Portland Cements and white cement.


    *Approximate Coverage is 350 to 450 sq.ft per litre for both oil and water soluble shuttering
    fluids. The consumption is also dependent on the surface texture and porosity of the
    formwork. Actual dosage to be finalised on the basis of site trials.

    *Packing Available in : 20 LITRES, 210 LITRES.
